【摘要】 焦作电厂６７０ｔ／ｈ锅炉燃用煤质为无烟煤、低挥发分贫煤，运行中主要存在低负荷稳烯能力差、结渣等问题，为此采用水平浓缩煤粉燃烧器对原燃烧器进行改造。文中给出新型燃烧器及百叶窗煤粉浓缩器的设计及运行参数。改造后燃烧器实现了５０％负荷长期无油稳定运行，锅炉燃烧效率提高，没有发生结渣影响运行的现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 670 t/h boilers in Jiaozuo Power Plant burn anthracite and lean coal with low volatile matter,the main problems existing in operation were poor burning stabilizing capability and slagging etc.For this reason, the horizontal concen.trated pulverized coal burners were employed to retrofit the original burners.The paper gives the design and operation parameters of new type burners and louver pulverized coal concentrator.After retrofit of burners, long-time st6ady operationwithout burning-aid oil at 50% load of boiler was achieved, with combustion efficiency of boiler improved and without influence of slagging on operation observed.更多还原
