【摘要】 齐齐哈尔市碾子山区水土流失较严重 ,主要危害 :耕层变薄 ,地力衰退 ;土壤板结 ,蓄水能力下降 ;侵蚀沟增多 ,侵蚀农田 ;泥砂下泄 ,使下游防汛工作加重 ;生态环境恶化 ,加重自然灾害。水土流失是自然因素 (气候、地形及土壤岩性、植被等 )和人为因素综合作用的结果。由于不利的自然条件和人类不合理的开发利用土地 ,加剧了水土流失。因此 ,防治水土流失是当务之急。应采取水土保持耕作措施、工程防护治理、生物措施及预防保护、监督措施等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The soil erosion is speeding up in Nianzishan district of Qiqihar city.This natural disaster damaged the cultivation and environment in the district.It causes soil layer thinner,reduces the ability of water storage,decreases farmland,threatens prevention flood engineerings in the down river because of sand\|mud draining, worsens ecological environment and increases natural disasters.The soil erosion raised from unfavourable local nature and man\|made agents.At present,the disaster is strengthening because of harmful natural condition and unreasonable exploitation.Therefore,we must take activities in order to slow down soil erosion.The environment of the district will be recovered gradually by improving farm land and planting trees.更多还原
