碰磨转子-轴承系统外激力识别的逆分析方法
A INVERSE ANALYSIS METHOD TO ESTIMATE THE EXCITATION FORCE OF RUBBING ROTOR BEARING SYSTEM
【摘要】 为了建立合理的旋转机械转子同静止部件碰磨接触模型 ,需要确定碰磨的动载荷。将载荷识别的逆分析过程等同为一个多输入、多输出系统的反滤波过程 ,并给出了多种目标函数下的碰摩力最优估计方法 ,利用所设计的测试装置 ,在转子试验台上同时测定了转子碰磨时的接触时间与碰磨产生的正向冲击力 ;最后 ,利用数值模拟及试验方式对载荷识别的逆优化分析方法作了验证。
【Abstract】 Contact between a rotor and stator can be the cause of complex vibrations.In order to investigate the consequence of contacts and to establish a more precise contact model,it’s necessary to determine the contact force and contact time.This paper presents an optimal method to estimate the impact load based on the procedure of filtering inversely for the multi\|output、multi\|input system.A test rig is designed to measure the impact force and contact time of rubbing bearing\|rotor system simultaneously.Finally,the optimal inverse method is verified by numerical simulation and experiment with reasonable results.
