【摘要】 目的 :报告用普通相控阵探头经口腔超声诊断咽旁肿物 ,有利于鉴别良恶性。方法 :用经颌下和经口腔超声 ( IOU)两种方法对比检查 10例咽旁肿物。结果 :10例中 5例为良性 ,5例为恶性 ,检出率经颌下法为 5 0 % ,IOU法为 10 0 %。结论 :IOU法可直观、准确地检出咽旁肿物 ,并为诊断良恶性提供重要依据。 IOU法明显优于经颌下法 ,是一种诊断咽旁肿物的实用可行的新方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This paper reported that the tumor of parapharynx can be diagnosed using general phased array probe in intraoral ultrasound(IOU).This method was useful to differentiate benign from malignant tumors.Methods:Ten cases with parapharyngeal tumors were examined and compared using submandibular ultrasound and IOU.Results:Five cases were benign and others were malignant in 10 patients.The positive rate was 50% in submandibular detection and 100% in IOU.Conclusions:The tumor of parapharynx can be diagnosed directly and accurately by IOU and it can confirm whether the tumor is benign or malignant.IOU is a new and feasible method to diagnose the tumor of parapharynx and it is obviously better than that of submandibular ultrasound.更多还原
