【摘要】 目的 :本文利用三维重建模式对 30例泌尿系统疾病进行了三维重建 ,以此探讨超声三维方法及其在泌尿系统疾病中的临床应用价值 ,同时对部分泌尿系统疾病的三维图像进行了描述。方法 :所用仪器为 Volu-son5 30 D三维彩色超声诊断系统 ,探头为三维容积探头 (SVAW- 3- 5 ) ,频率范围 1～ 8.5 MHz。重建模式选用表面成像模式、透明成像模式及混合模式。结果 :结果表明表面成像可用于前列腺、膀胱肿瘤、膀胱结石的三维成像 ,透明模式加反转技术可用于肾孟积水及扩张输尿管疾病的三维成像。结论 :临床实际应用中、三维成像可以提供较二维图像更丰富的信息 ,有着二维图像无法比拟的优点 ,临床应用前景广阔更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the method and clinical value of three dimensional(3 D)sonogrphic imaging in 30 cases with urinary tract diseases Methods:Voluson 530D 3 D imaging system of Kretz Technik and 1/8 5MHz probe was used The reconstruction modes used are the surface mode,the transparent mode and the transparent mixed mode Results:The results showed that when the 3 D imaging were rendered by the surface, the bladder tumor, the bladder stone and prostatomegaly could be well displayed when 3 D imaging rendered by the stransparency mode, the hydronephvosis,ureteralectasis could be well displayed Conclusion:The 3 D images can provide more informations for clinician It has more incomparable significance beyond two dimensional更多还原
