【摘要】 目的 :探讨三维超声在膀胱疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法 :本文对 5 2例患者在膀胱充盈状态下 ,进行二维超声、三维超声成像 ,描述了膀胱内不同疾病的三维图像特征。图像采集方法为磁场空间定位自由扫查。结果 :三维超声成像所建图像逼真清晰、形态直观、立体感强、空间关系明确 ,并可确定病变的部位、范围和其表面结构 ,尤其是肿瘤对膀胱壁的浸润情况。结论 :三维超声成像对膀胱疾病的诊断和鉴别 ,以及制定治疗方案提供更为丰富的信息更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the value of 3D in diagnosis of bladder diseases.Methods:Fiftytwo patients′s bladder ultrasonograms were obtained for analysis.Results: 3D reconstruction can provide clear steroscopic views of the interesting structures,the morphological characteristics of the lesions and the surrounding possible involvements.Conclusion:3D ultrasonography is benefit in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of a lot of bladder diseases.更多还原
