【摘要】 目的 :放探讨超声心动图评价放射治疗所致心脏损害的价值。方法 :应用二维及多普勒超声心动图对16例恶性肿瘤患者纵隔放射治疗后的心脏并发症进行观察。总照射剂量平均 5 5 .7Gy,追踪时间 12个月～ 34个月。结果 :放疗后有 8例 ( 5 0 % )受检者出现心脏损害征象 ,分别累及心包、心肌和心瓣膜。照射剂量的大小及随访时间的长短等因素与放射性心脏损害的发生有着较为明显的关系。结论 :纵隔放射治疗可致心脏损害 ,应用超声心动图可对其做出正确的诊断、鉴别诊断更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the radiation cardiac damage by echocardiography.Methods:The radiation cardiac complications were detected in 16 patients with malignant tumor by twodimensional and Doppler echocardiography after mediastinal radiotherapyA total average dose of radiotherapy was 557GyFollowup time was twelve to thirty four months.Results:The cardiac complications which involved pericardium,myocardium and cardiac valve were found in eight patients(50%)The cardiac damages occurred were related to irradiation doses and followup time.Conclusion:Mediastional radiotherapy can result in cardiac damage which may be diagnosed by echocardiography.更多还原
