多普勒组织成像技术对高血压病左室舒张功能的研究
Assessment of Diastolic Function in Hypertensive Patients by Doppler Tissue Imaging
【摘要】 目的 :探求无创评价左室舒张功能的新方法。方法 :以多普勒组织成像技术分析正常人和高血压病患者二尖瓣环的舒张早期运动速度 ( Ea)、舒张晚期运动速度 ( Aa) ,比较两者的不同。并用血流多普勒法检测二尖瓣口舒张期流速 E,A,分析高血压病患者血流参数的异常。结果 :1.正常人 Ea,Aa,Ea/ Aa与年龄相关 ,高血压病患者的相关性减低 ;2 .高血压病患者 Ea,Ea/ Aa,较正常人明显减低 ,且左室肥厚组 ( L VH组 )比非左室肥厚组 (非L VH组 )降低更甚 ;3.高血压病患者 E,E/ A降低 ,但 L VH组与非 L VH组间无明显差异。结论 :DTI法能便捷准确地定量高血压病患者二尖瓣环舒张期运动速度的改变 ,揭示左室舒张功能的变化 ,且有利于舒张功能受损程度的判断 ,优于传统的血流多普勒法
【Abstract】 Objective:To find a new noninvasive method that enables quantitative assessment of left ventricular diastolic function.Methods:Mitral annular velocity in early diastole(Ea)and late diastole(Aa)in normal and hypertensive patients by Dopper tissue imaging(DTI)were studied, also mitral inflow velocity E,A in hypertensive patients by Doppler flow imaging were detected.Results:Ea,Aa,Ea/Aa were related with age in normal person while the relations were poor in hypertensive patientsEa,Ea/Aa in hypertensive patients were lower than normalThese two indices in patients with left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)were lower than patients with nonLVHE,E/A in patients group is lower than control, but there was no significant difference between LVH group and nonLVH group. Conclusion:Doppler tissue imaging can quantify the changes of hypertension patients mitral annular velocity and evaluate the severity of left ventricular dysfunction
