【摘要】 目的: 观察彩超对蘑菇伞器堵闭PDA 的疗效。方法: 全组18 例, 年龄1.5～10 岁, 平均5.6 岁。彩超测PDA 最窄直径1.3～6m m , 平均4.2m m 。经导管介入治疗后对弹簧圈及蘑菇伞器封堵后状况进行观察。立即、24 小时、3 月, 了解封堵状况及疗效。结果: 弹簧圈器法仍有微量残余分流, 蘑菇伞器法未见残余分流。房室大小及分流状况均已恢复正常。结论: 蘑菇伞器法封堵PDA 操作简便、疗效显著、成功率高。是目前导管介入治疗PDA 的首选器材更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:CDFI evaluates the safety and efficiency of transcatheter closure of patent ductus arteriosus using Amplatzer.Methods:Eighteen PDA patients were treated with Amplatzer and Coil.The mean age was 5 6 years,ranging from 1 5 to 10.The mean PDA diameter was 4 2mm,ranging from 1 3 to 6mm.The aortography was performed immediately after the closuring to evaluate the efficiency.Echocardiography was performed within 24 hours and 3 months after the closure to find whether there was residual shunt.Results:A trivial residual shunt was found in 4 cases using coil,no residual shunt was found in 14 cases using Amplatzer.Conclusion:Transcatheter closure of PDA using Amplatzer device was safe and efficient with high susccessful rate.更多还原
