【摘要】 目的和方法: 对5 例患Budd-Chiari综合征(B-CS) 妊娠28～36 周孕妇的胎儿胎盘发育异常的超声显像进行研究。患者均经X 线造影和/或手术证实为B-CS。结果: 5 例中下腔静脉肝段狭窄3 例。膜性阻塞1 例, 肝静脉狭窄1 例。胎盘均显著增厚, 胎儿面绒毛板下为大片网状及囊状暗区。1 例合并绒毛膜囊肿。胎儿宫内发育迟缓4例。结论: 超声检查能够判断B-CS妇女妊娠期胎儿、胎盘发育异常, 有助于临床处理方案的制定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective and Methods::To survey the development of fetus and placenta of 28 36 weeks gestations in 5 patients suffered Budd Chiari syndrome(B CS) by duplex Doppler.Patients were all examined by X ray and/or operated upon.Results:Patients including three with inferior vena cava narrowing,one membranous obstruction and one hepatic vein narrowing.Obvious placenta thickening and large reticular villous spaces were found beneath the fetus plate.One case found to have mixed villous cysts.4 fetuses development retarded.Conclusion:The abnormal developments of the fetus and placenta and the fetal outcome of 5 pregnant cases suffered Budd Chiari syndrome were presented in this paper.更多还原
