【摘要】 目的:探讨健康教育在绦、囊虫病控制中的作用。方法:在山东省历城县10个乡镇开展绦、囊虫病防治知识的健康教育,通过对部分居民家庭访问,进行相关行为、卫生状况调查;用问卷调查评估实施前后防治知识知晓情况;通过检测血清特异性IgG₄观察人群感染情况的变化。结果:目标人群相关卫生行为、家庭卫生状况显著改善,绦、囊虫病防治知识知晓率大幅提高,感染率由健教前的1.73％降至0.59％,差异有高度统计意义（P<0.01）。结论:健康教育在绦、囊虫病防治中具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the role of Health education in the control of taeniasis and cysticercosis, heath education activities were performed in 10 village of Licheng Country, Shandong. The evaluation, which was carried out one year later, showed that more people have begun to adopt health behaviors. Related way of life and mode of production in most of the household was also changed to benefit the disease prevention. The preventive knowledge level was promoted.The infection rate reduced from 1.73% to 0.59%.The difference is statistically significant.It is proved that health education plays an important role in the control of the disease control.更多还原
