【摘要】 通过对山西省榆社县县、乡、村三级生育卫生服务情况进行定性和定量调查。结果显示:该县农村生育卫生服务资源匮乏;生育卫生服务人员数量不足,素质较低;妇女生育健康服务需要量大而利用不足;妇女卫生保健知识缺乏,影响服务利用。建议:增加投入,改善农村生育健康服务资源状况;加强培训,提高生育卫生人员工作能力;大力开展健康教育,促进农村妇女对生育健康服务的利用,改善农村妇女生育健康状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a sub-study of the Reproductive Health Service Improvement Project (RHIP) sponsored by the Ford Foundation , this study was designed to investigate the reproductive health status of Yushe County of Shanxi province. A survey with both qualitative and quantitative methods was conducted in Yushe County, this paper summarizes the main finding and results. This study shows that (1) The reproductive health resources including equipment, human power and financing are extremely inadequate. (2) For lack of health awareness and source of health information. Local people had limited ability to afford the services and therefore service utilization is inadequate too. The results and findings suggest that (1) Increase government health inputs to improve the resources of reproductive health. (2) Training for local health personnel for capacity building. (3) Enhance health education in order to improve utilization of Reproductive health services .更多还原
