【摘要】 在福特基金会的资助下,国家卫生部在贵州、山西、河南、青海4省开展改善生育卫生服务项目研究,以促进当地的生育卫生水平提高。研究发现目前贫困农村地区健康教育活动开展较少,很难看到宣传材料,加上封建迷信旧风俗的影响,群众健康意识差,非住院消毒接生率和住院分娩率均很低,其原因不仅是经济落后,没有进行健康教育也是主要原因之一。农民对健康教育需求较高,如能实施有利于健康教育的政策,使农村健康教育顺利开展,对改进农村生育卫生状况将起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper has described the current status of reproductive health education and the needs of people in 4 poor rural villages. It is found that the health education was developed inadequately and the transmitted materials are not available at township, village level. People who are deeply effected by traditional beliefs have poor reproductive health knowledge and they have strong needs of health education. The authors suggest that if policy favorable to health education could be implemented and productive health education could be emphasized .rural reproductive health would be improved in the future.更多还原
