【摘要】 目的 :无法手术根治或手术后多处转移的晚期大肠癌目前尚无理想有效的治疗方法 ,本文探讨用中西医结合的方法提高其治疗效果。方法 :对该院 5年多来收治的 85例无法手术根治或术后多处转移的晚期大肠癌患者进行前瞻性、可比性对照临床研究 ,考核其生存时间、生活质量、客观疗效指标、免疫指标和血流变指标。结果 :静脉联合化疗加中药“消疒徵 方”治疗组 (中西医组 )的生存率、生活质量明显优于单用化疗组 (χ2 检验 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;生存时间也较长 ,客观疗效指标二组间尚未显示出统计学差异 ;免疫指标 (CD3、CD4、CD8和NK)和血流变指标 ,中西医组的改善情况显著好于单纯化疗组 (t检验P <0 0 5 )。结论 :静脉联合化疗加中药“消疒徵 方”不失为一种较好的中西医结合治疗方法 ,副作用轻 ,总体治疗效果优于单纯化疗组 ,尤其是提高了晚期大肠癌患者的生活质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To explore the therapeutic effects of combining chemotherapy and TCM recipe “Xiao Zheng Fang” for advanced colorectal cancer.Methods:A prospective and comparable clinical study was made in 85 cases of advanced colorectal carcinoma seen over 6 years , Who were not suitable for radical operation or had metastases after operation. Survival time,life quality, objective effect and blood flow rate indexes were studied and analysed. Results:Integrated therapy of tranditional Chinese and Western medicine is superior to chemotherapy alone in life quality ( P <0 05), Survival time is longer. There is no significant difference in objective curative effect between the two groups. In the immunologic test (CD3,CD4,CD8 and NK) and blood flow rate, integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is better than chemotherapy alone ( P <0 05).Conclusions:These data show that combining chemotherapy and TCM recipe “Xiao Zheng Fang” is an effective method in treating advanced colorectal carcinoma, it can improve the patients’ life quality, which is important to the patients who want a high quality of life.更多还原
