【摘要】 目的 :研究MCA〔甲氨蝶呤、放线菌素D (更生霉素 )、环磷酰胺〕 /顺铂 (DDP)方案治疗恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的疗效。方法 :回顾性分析中山医科大学附属第一医院 1986年 1月— 1995年 1月间以MAC/DDP方案治疗 6 2例恶性滋养细胞肿瘤患者的疗效、副反应及随访结果。结果 :绒癌的治愈率达 85 2 9% ,侵蚀性葡萄胎10 0 % ;死亡 5例 ,均为晚期绒癌 ;中度毒副反应 7例 ;轻度反应 5 5例 ;患者经 3— 6年随访 ,2例复发 ,再以MAC/DDP方案治愈 ;5例患者治疗后 2— 5年再妊娠分娩 ,母儿健康。结论 :MAC/DDP方案临床疗效较高 ,毒副反应轻 ,可用于高危、耐药及复发恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的化疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To study the effectiveness of MAC/cisplatin(DDP)on patients with malignant trophoblastic tumor.Methods:The chart and follow up data of 62 patients treated from 1986 to 1995 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat sen University of Medical Sciences were reviewed.These patients were treated by MAC/DDP.The treatment results, side effects and follow ups were retrospectively analysed. Results:The cure rates of choriocarcinoma and invasion mole were 85.29% and 100%. Five patients died of advanced choriocarcinoma. Seven cases had moderate side effects and 55 cases had light side effects. All patients were followed up from 3 to 5 years. Conclusions:The clinical cure rate of MAC/DDP is high and its side effects is light. It can be used for the high risk,drug resistant and recurring type of malignant trophoblastic tumor.更多还原
