【摘要】 为了探讨影响妇女更年期症状的社会、文化及心理等有关因素，对北京市和南京市年龄为４５～６０岁更 年期妇女６３８人进行更年期症状及有关影响因素的问卷调查。研究结果数据应用计算机ＳＰＳＳ／ＰＣ软件进行统计分析。 分析其社会、文化和心理影响因素，结果显示，受教育程度、恐惧衰老、感觉更操劳、因更年期症状经常去医院和经常服药 与更年期症状程度呈正相关；厌烦月经、感觉受尊重，情绪更好、对住房满意和对收入满意与更年期症状程度呈负相关。 结果表明，妇女更年期症状影响因素不仅为生物学因素，并且与社会、文化和有关心理因素有着密切的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss social, literature, psychology and concerned factors which influenced women climacteric symptom, 638 cases climactericwomen aged 45-60 in Beijing and Naming had been maken paper investigations of climacteric symptom and concerned influence factors. The results had been analysed statistically used SPSS/PC software. It indicated that education level, the degree of fearing older and felling tired and frequence of going to hospital and taking medicines caused by climacteric were positively related with dimacteric symptom degree. It also indicated that women climacteric symptom influence factor were not only biology factors, but also closely related with social, literature and concerned psychology factors.更多还原
