【摘要】 目的　了解煤尘肺病人预防性服用异烟肼、利福平以减少煤尘肺病人并发肺结核的情况。方法　用双盲法将Ⅰ、Ⅱ期煤尘肺病人随机分为三组 ,分别服用异烟肼、利福平和安慰剂。结果　通过 5年观察显示服异烟肼和利福平两组煤尘肺病人合并肺结核者明显低于服用安慰剂组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　给予对煤尘肺患者实施预防性服用异烟肼、利福平可有效地减少肺结核的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of reducing incidence of TB by prophylactic chemotherapy in cases with coal-pneumoconiasis.Methods 269 cases with stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ of coal-pneumoconiasis were devided to 3 groups and to take INH,RFP and placebo respectively for 3～6 months.Results Through after 5 years observation showed the incidence of TB was reduced signifficanly in the group A and group B (take INH or RFP) than The control group( P <0.01).Conclusion The prophylactic chemotherapy(INH,RFP) will reducing the incidence of TB in patients with coal-pneumoconiasis effectively.更多还原
