【摘要】 目的　探讨外伤性面瘫不同病损部位的手术方法。方法　对 17例手术病人进行疗效分析。结果　 17例中 10例达Ⅰ级恢复 ;4例达Ⅱ级恢复 ;3例达Ⅲ级恢复。结论　绝大多数颞骨外伤性面瘫患者经乳突、上鼓室径路面神经减压术均能取得良好效果 ,只有少数患者需行颅中窝径路或联合径路面神经减压术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the surgical treatment for traumatic facial paralysis. Methods The surgical effect on traumatic facial paralysis in 17 patients was analyzed. Results The effect of surgical treatment was better when facial injury was mild. Of the 17 patients, the effect reached degree Ⅰ in 10, degree Ⅱ in 4, and degree Ⅲ in 3. Conclusion By trans mastoid or trans attic approach, decompressions of facial nerves have better results for most patients. Only a few patients need facial nerve decompression by the middle cranial fossa approach or combined approach.更多还原
