电网信息化行业经营战略研究
Operation strategy on the trade of power system automation and information management systems
【摘要】 根据作者多年来从事电网信息化系统开发研究的体会 ,结合现代管理理论 ,对电网信息化行业的结构作了仔细的分析 ,并从经营战略的角度对电网信息化经营企业的经营战略作了一些探讨
【Abstract】 On the basis of development experience on power system automation and management information systems, using modern administration theory, the trade structure on power system automation and information management is analyzed. Also, focus on the operation strategy, the general strategy on power system automation and information management is discussed.
