高浓度有机废液的流化床焚烧技术及二次污染物排放特性研究

【摘要】 报道了采用高浓度有机废液与煤粉混合制成废水煤浆实施流化床焚烧的技术方案 ,并着重研究了浙江某制药厂高浓度有机废液制备煤浆的焚烧及污染物排放特性 ,考察了运行床温、废液份额、给料尺寸大小及原煤粒度对焚烧稳定性及二次污染物排放的影响 .研究表明 ,采用流化床焚烧技术来处理高浓度制药废液是可行的 ,操作简便 ,成本和运行费用均较低 ,焚烧的二次污染物排放可以通过合理组织工况或配合烟气洗涤得到控制 ,是处理高浓度制药废液的一条新途径

【Abstract】 The fluidized bed incineration scheme of the high concentration organic waste liquid being blended with coal is illustrated, and the characteristics of the fluidized incineration and pollutant emission of coal waste water mixture made by a high concentration organic waste liquid and coal powder is investigated. Effect of bed temperature, waste water content, coal particle size and feed size of coal paste on incineration stability and pollutant emission is investigated. The test indicates that it is a good way to incinerate high concentration organic waste liquid by using fluidized bed combustion technology. The incineration technology of waste liquid is feasible and cheap. The pollutant emission can be controlled under the limitation of environmental protection by reasonably organizing combustion regimes and washing flue gas.
