安达市地氟病7年监测结果分析

【摘要】 目的 科学地评价饮水型地氟病区改水降氟预防措施的效果。方法 用离子选择电极法测定水氟浓度 ,用 Dean氏法检查 8~ 12岁儿童氟斑牙。结果  1991— 1993年 ,水氟浓度逐年下降 ,而 1994年以后 ,水氟浓度出现回升 ;氟斑牙患病率随着水氟浓度的高低而上下波动 ,但总的患病率仍呈现较高的水平。结论 水氟浓度与氟斑牙的患病率呈正相关关系。因此 ,要控制氟斑牙的患病率必须解决监测点水氟回升问题 ,将水氟浓度降低到允许范围

【Abstract】 Objective To assess scientifically the effect of the preventive measure,which is adopted to reduce fluoride content in drinking water,in the surveillance site which is located in Anda area,Heilongjiang province.Methods The concentration of fluoride in drinking water was determined by fluoride selective ionic electrode,and dental fluorosis of children aged 8~12 years at schools were examined with dean’s Index.Results From 1991 to 1993,the concentration of fluoride in drinking water had been gradually reduced,but from 1994 it began going up again,and there has been a higher level.With the increase or decrease of fluoride content in drinking water,the incidence of children suffering from dental fluorosis also had corresponding changes,high or low.In the survey from 1991 to 1997.there was higher incidence of dental fluorosis every year.Conclusions There is a positive correlation between the content of fluoride in drinking water and the incidence of dental fluorosis,and therefore to reduce the disease incidence,we must solve the problem about water fluoride content going up again in surveillance sites,and decrease fluoride concentration to permissible limits.
