【摘要】 目的　确立 8～ 10岁儿童血清甲状腺球蛋白 (Tg)正常参考标准。方法　用 RIA法对安徽省 1个碘缺乏病 (IDD)非病区 ,2个 IDD病区 13所小学 12 2名儿童进行 Tg测定。结果　 Tg在不同年龄、性别、地区间差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。该年龄段儿童 Tg中位数 3.5 μg/ L,95 %上限为 19.7μg/ L。结论　 Tg值为 3.5 μg/ L可作为 8～ 10岁儿童 Tg的正常参考值 ,为 IDD的防治监测提供科学依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Determine the normal value of serum Tg among children aged 8~10 years.Methods Serum Tg of 122 children form 13 schools were measured by method of RIA in one IDD non epidemic district and two IDD epidemic districts.Results No statistical differences were found between the gender,the age and the district;the median of serum Tg was 3.5μg/L,the 95% upper limit of Tg was 19.8μg/L.Conclusions The value of 3.5μg/L can be accepted as the normal value of serum Tg for children aged 8~10 years,which may supply a good scientific basis for both the prevention and the surveillance of IDD.
