【摘要】 目的　调查评价全省改水降氟工程综合效益 ,指导今后改水工作。方法　随机抽检改水 6年以上的2 0 0处工程 ,调查水氟、8～ 12岁儿童氟斑牙、尿氟及受益村主要粮食产量和现金收入。结果　坚持常年饮用适氟水 ,儿童氟斑牙率下降明显 ;居民经济收入较改水前显著增加 ;2 0 0个村每年增加的现金收入是改水工程投资总额的 33.11倍。结论　加强对改水工程的管理与维护是取得良好效益的保证 ;宣传教育群众提高对高氟危害的认识不容忽视 ;研究制订科学、合理、准确而又易于操作的评价指标非常必要更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the comprehensive benefit of water improvement to reduce fluoride project,and to direct the water improvement.Methods Two hundreds projects,which have been built for six years,were randomly selected.The drinking water fluoride concentration,the dental fluorosis rate and the urine fluoride level of children aged 8~12,the income in main grain and cash were investigated.Results The children dental fluorosis rates have dropped evidently in the villages of drinking the low fluoride water all the year round.The income increased remarkably compared with that before the water improvement.The additional income in cash in the villages after water improvement is 33.11 times as much as total investment of the 200 projects.Conclusions The key to obtain good benefit lies in strengthening the management and maintenance of the water improvement projects.The harm of high fluoride in drinking water should be publicized widely.It is very necessary that the scientific,logical,exact,and easy operational evaluation indexes be established.
