利用面内弯曲模态的超声电机定子有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of the Stator of Ultrasonic Motor Using In-Plane Bending Vibration Modes
【摘要】 运用有限元方法对利用平面内弯曲模态超声电机定子进行了模态分析 ,获得了三种不同类型的面内振动模态 ,并讨论了电机结构参数对其模态频率的影响 ,在此基础上得到了一些有益的结论 ,为利用平面内旋转模态设计超声电机定子提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the mode analysis of the stator of a ultrasonic motor using in plane bending vibration, three kinds of in plane vibration modes are obtained, and the influence of the motors structural parameters on its modal frequencies are discussed. Some helpful conclusions are given, which provide theoretical basis for the design of this type of motor.
