汽轮发电机组扭振测试系统的研究

【摘要】 介绍了微机型扭振测试系统的设计方案和实现手段。此系统以汽轮发电机组轴系为对象 ,数据测量和采集以单片机为主 ,做成扩展卡可插入微机扩展槽中 ,系统功能是通过计算机上的主程序实现的。整个系统具有高速度、高精度、高性能价格比等特点 ,可应用于旋转机械轴系的扭振监测和分析。

【Abstract】 The development of a torsional vibration measuring syetem for the testing of a turbine generating set based on a personal computer is introduced in the paper.In this work,the data acquisition subsystem is integrated into an expansion card,based on a single chip,and plugged in the expansion slot of the computer.The functions of the system,including data acquision,processing & management,working condition distinction and screen display,are performed by the software stored in the computer.The system developed in the paper has advantages of high speed,high accuracy and high ratio of performance to price.It can be used to mornitor and analyze the torsional vibrations of the axle system of rotating machinary.
