【Abstract】 Four compounds were isolated from the bark of Goniothalamus cheliensis Hu. Their structures were determined by spe c tral analysis and chemical evidences as palmitic acid (Ⅰ)； 5， 6-2H-6-styry l.2-pyrone (Ⅱ)； (5R, 6S, 7R, 8R)-7-hydroxy-8-phenyltetra hydrofuro ［3, 2-b］ pyran-2-one (Ⅲ); cheliensisamine (Ⅳ). Among them, Ⅳ i s a new type of alkaloid found in Goniothalamus (Bl..) Hook.f. et Thoms. and Ⅰ was isolated from this plant for the first time.更多还原
