【Abstract】 Free and combined emodin and physcion in capsules of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. and its complex prescription with cordycep were determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions adopted were: Waters C 18 column (250 mm×4 6 mm, 10 μm); detection wavelength, 254 nm; mobile phase, methanol water phosphoric acid (850∶150∶1); flow rate, 1 mL/min.
