【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the transdermal permeability in vitro of matrine in Xiaoliuzhitong Babu Plaster and Xiaoliuzhitong Ointment. Methods: The experiment was operated with the methods of HPLC and Franz cell and the skin of mice as the transdermal barrier. Results: Matrine in Xiaoliuzhitong Babu Plaster can penetrate the skin of mice. Conclusion: Xiaoliuzhitong Babu Plaster is superior to Xiaoliuzhitong Ointment.更多还原
