【摘要】 目的 :建立六一散中甘草酸单铵的含量测定方法。方法 :超声提取 ,HPLC测定六一散中甘草酸单铵的含量。使用C18柱 ,甲醇 含 3 %冰醋酸的 0 .2mol/L醋酸铵溶液 (6 2∶38)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 5 0nm。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 99.4%。结论 :本方法分离良好 ,可用于六一散的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the determination method of glycyrrhizic acid in Liuyi Powder. Methods:Glycyrrhizic acid in Liuyi Powder was extracted by ultrasonic extraction method and determined by HPLC on C 18 column, in methanol 0.2mol/LNH 4C 2H 3O 2 containing 3%CH 3COOH (62∶38) solution as a mobile phase, detection wavelength at 250nm. Results:This method showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery was 99.4%. Conclusion:This method showed a good separating degree and can be used for quality control of Liuyi Powder.更多还原
