【摘要】 目的 :为八正合剂治疗尿路感染提供实验依据。方法 :采用角叉菜胶致热致炎法、二甲苯致耳肿胀、扭体法、RES法、豚鼠离体肠管等多种动物模型和方法。结果 :实验表明八正合剂有解热、增加血清溶血素含量、加快REST对碳粒的廓清率、利尿、抗炎、解痉、镇痛作用。结论 :说明八正合剂对尿路感染有一定的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To provide an experimental evidence for the use of Bazheng mixture in the treatment of urinary infections. Methods: Many methods and animal models were used: carrageenin pyogenic and inflammatory method, xylene eartumefaction method, twisting method, RES method and isolated intestinal canal of guinea pig, etc. Results: Bazheng mixture has the actions of resolving heat, increasing the level of serum hemolysin, increasing carbon partice clearance of REST, also has disinhibiting urine, anti inflammatory and resolving tetamy and analgesic action. Conclusion: Bazheng mixture is effective for the treatment of urinary infections.更多还原
