大孔吸附树脂用于川草乌中总生物碱的分离提取

【摘要】 目的 :优选大孔吸附树脂提取分离制川乌、制草乌水煎液中乌头类总生物碱的工艺条件。方法 :应用正交设计安排试验因素 ,以酸性染料比色法测定总生物碱含量 ,比较并筛选不同工艺条件对乌头类总生物碱的提取分离效果。结果 :不同浓度的乙醇对乌头类总生物碱的洗脱的效果有显著影响。应用本法乌头类总生物碱的提取率为 85 % ,水溶性固体杂质的去除率为 82 %。结论 :本法的工艺条件可用于含川草乌的中药制剂的制备。

【Abstract】 Objective: To select optimum condition of extracting and saparating total alkaloidal from boiled water of prepared monshood and prepared kusnezoff monkshood by the method of macropore resin. Methods: Orthogonal design was used to select test factors and acid dye colorimetric method was used to determine the content of total alkaloidal, then different process conditions affecting extraction and saparation of total alkaloidal from monshood were be compared and selected. Results: Different concentrations of alcohol have remarkable effect on eluting total alkaloidal of acolytine. The extraction rate of total alkaloidal of acolytine was 85%, the rate of removing impurity of water soluble solid was 82%.Conclusion: This process condition can be used to prepare Chinese medicine agent containing monshood.
