【摘要】 目的 :探讨灵芝多糖口服液 (简称口服液 )对免疫抑制模型小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法 :通过给小鼠皮下注射免疫抑制剂环磷酰胺 (cyclophosphamide ,CY) 5 0mg·kg-1,同时给口服液 15 0mg·kg-1、30 0mg·kg-1,连续 10d ,测定小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数、巨噬细胞吞噬功能及小鼠脾细胞的增殖指数。结果 :口服液能使免疫抑制模型小鼠的脾指数及胸腺指数明显增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,口服液与CY组比较巨噬细胞吞噬功能明显增强 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,同时小鼠脾细胞增殖指数明显增高 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :口服液能使免疫抑制模型小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数、巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及脾细胞增殖指数接近正常。提示 :口服液具有增强机体免疫功能的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research the adjustment of the oral liquid on immunization function of immunizationinhibiting model of rats. Methods: Give the rats an injection of 50mg·kg -1 of immunization inhibitor, cyclophamide (CY), and feed them 150mg·kg -1 、300mg·kg -1 of the oral liquid continuously for 10d, determining the spleen index, chest gland indes, phagocytosis of the phagocytes and proliferation index of soleen cells of rats. Results: The oral liquid can clearly increase the spleen index and chest gland index ( P <0.01). Compared with CY, the oral liquid can obviously strengthen the phagocytosis of phagocytes, and meanwhile the proliferation index of spleen cells goes up clearly ( P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusions:The oral liquid can make spleen index, chest gland index, phagocytosis of phagocytes and proliferation index of spleen cells of the immunization inhibiting model of rats to reach nearly normal, which indicates that the oral liquid has the function of strengthening organism’s immunization.更多还原
