【摘要】 目的 :研究日本产灵芝片对肺癌患者的临床效应。方法 :2 9例主要为Ⅲ～Ⅳ期肺癌患者随机分组用灵芝片和安慰剂。观察灵芝对肺癌患者免疫调节、血液流变学、临床治疗效果等方面影响。结果 :灵芝组血清肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)水平由 17.7± 4.3升至 2 8.7± 6 .6 pg/ml,明显提高 ;对照组血清可溶性白介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)水平随病程发展明显增高 ,而灵芝组保持稳定 ;灵芝组部分血液流变学指标下降。本临床实验病例不能说明灵芝能直接缩小肺癌病灶 ,但能够改善患者的全身状况。常规剂量下 ,未观察到肝、肾功能损害等严重毒副作用。结论 :灵芝对肺癌患者有免疫调节和改善血液高凝状态的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effects of Lingzhi Tablets (LZT) cultivated in Japan on patients suffering from lung cancers. Methods: 29 patients diagnosed as Ⅲ～Ⅳ stage lung cancers were randomly divided into LZT treated group and control group. The effects of LZT on immune regulation, hemorheologic parameters and clinical manifestations were observed. Results: It was observed that the level of Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) was raised obviously from 17.7±4.3 to 28.7±6.6 pg/ml in LZT group. With the progression of the disease, the level of soluble interlleukin 2 acceptor (sIL 2R) was increased in control group, but kept stable in LZT group. Some hemorheologic parameters were decreased in LZT group. Although LZT had not been proved to reduce the lesion directly, it was helpful to improve the whole body state. No severe adverse reactions such as liver and kidney functions injuries happened in usual dose.Conclusion: LZT could regulate the immunity and improve the hypercoagulative condition.更多还原
