【摘要】 研究 β 环糊精包合苍术挥发油的最佳工艺。 方法 :正交实验法 ,考察挥发油利用率、包合物收得率及包合物含油率 3个指标。结果 :优选出包合工艺为 :苍术挥发油 :β 环糊精 1∶6,包合温度 4 0℃ ,包合时间 1h ,挥发油利用率为86.5%。结论 :此工艺适合大生产更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study optimum inclusion process conditions for oil from Rhizoma Atractylodis. Methods: The study was carried out with orthogonal design. The process conditons were studied by determining the ultizision ratio of oil from Rhizoma Atractylodis, the oil bearing rate and extract ratio of inclusion compound. Results: The optimum prepartion conditons for inclusion were established as∶oil: β CD was 1∶6, The inclusion temperature and time were at 40℃ and for 1h, The ultizision ratio of oil is 86.5%. Conclusion: The method can be used for production of β CD on a large scale.更多还原
