【摘要】 目的:筛选青蒿琥酯透皮吸收研究中的接收液。方法:以改良Franz扩散池为实验装置,裸鼠皮为渗透皮肤,以回收率、Higuchi方程和透皮速率常数为考察指标,从蒸馏水、生理盐水、生理盐水/乙醇(7∶3,V∶V)、pH6.8磷酸盐缓冲液中筛选最佳接收液。结果:综合比较天内、天间回收率,Higuchi方程和透皮速率常数,均以生理盐水/乙醇(7∶3,V∶V)为最佳。结论:生理盐水/乙醇(7∶3,V∶V)为适合青蒿琥酯透皮吸收研究的接收液更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To select the recepting solution used in the transdermal study of artesunate. Methods: In revorvery, Higuchi equation and transdermal speed constant as test indexes, the improved Franz cell and the skin of hareless mice were used to study the selection of recepting solution from distilled water, saline, saline/alchol (7∶3,V∶V), pH6.8 phostate buffer solution. Results: By comparing the inter day and intra day recorveries, Higuchi equation and transdermal speed constant, saline/alchol (7∶3,V∶V) was the best. Coclusion: The result indicates that saline/alchol (7∶3,V∶V) was the best recepting solution used in which suits the transdermal study of artesunate.更多还原
