毛细管电泳法测定桑叶中的有效成分
Determination of Effective Components in Folium Mori by Capillary Electrophoresis Method
【摘要】 目的 :建立测定桑叶中的有效成分槲皮素 (Quercetin)、紫槲皮甙 (Rutoside)、绿原酸 (Chlorogenicacid)的一种简便方法。方法 :在熔硅毛细管 ( 5 8.2cm× 75 μmi.d .,有效长度 5 0 .6cm)柱上 ,以 0 .0 1mol/L磷酸盐与 0 .0 2mol/L硼砂混合缓冲液 ( pH =8.60 )作电解质 ,电压为 2 0kV ,温度 3 0℃ ,真空进样 5s,于 2 5 4nm处紫外检测。 结果 :分离完全的色谱峰 ,有良好的线性关系 ,R =0 .998。结论 :方法高效、快速
【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a simple determination method for the active components: quercetin, rutoside and chlorogenic acid in Folium Mori. Methods: The experimental conditions included: fused silica capillary tube (58.2cm×75μm i.d. 50.6cm of effective longth), 0.01mol/L phosphate-0.02mol/L of borate buffer for electrolyte (pH=8.60), 20kV, 30℃, 5s vacuum sample injection, UV detection at 254nm. Results: In this experiment the completely separated chromatographic peak and good linear relationship were obtained. Conclusion: This method is high effective and quick.
