【摘要】 目的 :探讨炮制对千金子中秦皮乙素含量的影响。方法 :以秦皮乙素为对照品 ,应用薄层扫描法对千金子生品及 5种不同炮制加工品进行了含量测定。结果 :千金子经不同炮制方法加工炮制后 ,除冷霜外 ,秦皮乙素的含量均有所下降。结论 :建立了千金子中秦皮乙素的含量测定方法 ,千金子制霜入药 ,以冷霜为宜更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of process of preparing semen Euphorbiae on aesculetin content. Methods: The crude and 5 kinds of different processed products of semen Euphorbiae were determined by TLC scanning and aesculetin as control sample. Results: After being processed by different methods the aesculetin contents of semen Euphorbiae all decreased somewhat besides cold cream. Conclusions: The content determination method for aesculetin of semen Euphorbiae has been established. Semen Euphorbiae should be made into cold cream before being used as drug.更多还原
