钻井液脉冲传输速度的分布规律研究
Study on the transmission velocity distribution of drilling fluid pulse
【摘要】 地面与井下的信息传输是井眼轨道自动闭环控制的核心。目前 ,地面与井下的无线信息传输系统主要是采用钻井液脉冲方式。研究钻井液脉冲传输速度的分布规律 ,可以了解钻井液脉冲的传输机理及其影响因素 ,进而为建立井眼轨迹的自动闭环控制系统奠定基础。文中考虑气、液、固三相的钻井液组分 ,提出了钻井液脉冲传输速度的计算公式。给出了井眼中压力、钻井液密度、含气量和固体浓度的计算方法 ,并对它们的分布规律进行了研究。计算结果表明 ,文中提供的理论模型和计算方法符合工程实际
【Abstract】 Information transmission between ground and downhole is the of key the closed-loop control system of wellbore trajectory.At present,drilling fluid pulse is mainly used to transmit signals between ground and downhole in wireless information system.Studying on the transmission velocity distribution of drilling fluid pulse,we can understand the transmission mechanism and the influence factors of drilling fluid pulse and then lay a foundation for the closed loop control system of wellbore trajectory.Considering drilling fluid component that includes gas,liquid and solid,the formula of the velocity of drilling fluid pulse is developed in this paper.The methods to calculate pressure,drilling fluid density,gas content and solid content in borehole are given,and their distributions along the borehole are discussed.The results show that the theoretical models and calculation methods presented in this paper accord with drilling practice.
