【Abstract】 Genetic immunization is a new immunological technology developed recently. By inserting a gene encoding antigen into the plasmid vector with strong promoter and delivering the recombinational plasmid into tissue cells by physical methods,the cells will express antigen gene to produce antigen protein and induce protective immune response. Genetic immunization is time－ and labour－ saving in inducing cytotoxic T cell against virus and producing antibodies. The experiments demonstrated that DNA vaccine can be used to resist virus infection and tumor immunotherapy, etc. DNA vaccine is a unique and efficient method for vaccination and will have a wide application in the future.更多还原
