【摘要】 :利用活体观察、蛋白银染色技术及银浸法对阔口游仆虫的活体、纤毛图式和银线系做了研究 .其结构特征如下 :额腹 :横 :尾一缘棘毛按 9:5:4模式排列 ;口围带小膜平均为 48片 ;背触毛多为 8 9列 ,其中背触毛列约含 1 8对毛基粒 ;大核“з”或“C”型 ;银线系为典型的“double eurystomus”型 .文中另对属内相近种作了形态学比较更多还原

【Abstract】 The living morphology,nuclear apparatus infraciliature and silverline system of Euplotes eurystomus (Wrzesniowski,1870)Kahl,1932,collected from a freshwater pond in Qingdao,China,were examined with silver nitrate and protargol impregnation methods.The Qingdao population is characterized by 9 frontoventral,5 transverse and 4 caudal marginal cirri;average 48 membranelles on the AZM;9 rows of dorsal bristles (sometimes 8);about 18 pairs of basal bodies within the middle dorsal kinety,double eurystomus type silver system,з or C shaped macronucleus.Several related congeners are compared and morphometrically tabled.更多还原
