【摘要】 目的 :从细胞周期的角度探讨降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)对人血管平滑肌细胞 (VSMC)增殖的影响 ,揭示其抗动脉粥样硬化的作用机制。方法 :应用流式细胞仪分析CGRP对VSMC细胞周期的影响 ,免疫组织化学检测细胞周期蛋白D1、E的表达。结果 :CGRP使细胞停留于G0 /G1期 ,并能降低细胞中周期蛋白D1、E的表达。结论 :CGRP可能是通过抑制周期蛋白D1、E的积累 ,使人VSMC停留于G0 /G期 ,限制细胞周期的进程 ,抑制VSMC增殖更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To elucidate the effect of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CCRP) in the therapy of atherosclerosis.METHODS:Effect of CGRP on cell cycle kinetics of cultured vascular smooth muscle cells(HA-VSMC) was investigated by flow cytometry. The expression of cyclins D 1 and E required for initiation of S phase were also studied by immunochemistry method. RESULT: CGRP was shown to arrest VSMC in the G 0/G 1 phase of cell cycle and reduced expression of cyclins D 1 and E. CONCLUSION:CGRP inhibits proliferation of HA-VSMC by arresting cells in G 1 phase via limiting accumulation of cyclin D 1 and E. It might play a role in the therapy of atherosclerosis.更多还原
