【摘要】 目的　了解中山市 1996年STD的流行慨况。方法　对符合统计条件的 6 835例STD进行详细统计分析。结果与结论　 8种STD感染率分别为 :NGU 78.2 6 %、GU 6 6 .31%、CA 2 2 .2 1%、HG 13 .6 4%、SY 1.0 5 %、CH 0 .12 %、LV 0 .0 3 %、AIDS为 0。同时患 2种或 2种以上STD者占 44.6 8% ,GU合并NGU占 89.2 6 %。女性患者在性病专科就诊的外地人占 80 .17% ,在妇科就诊的本地人占 6 7.37%。妇科发现的STD中 ,有 5 2 .17%本人并不知道或并未意识到STD的存在。这部分患者是本分析中男女之比为 1∶1.2 2的主要原因更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to understand the epidemic survey of STD in Zhongshan city in 1996.Method 6 835 STD cases satisfied the statistical conditions had been calculated and analysed in detail.Results Results showed that the infection rates of the eight kinds of STD were 78.26%,66.31%,22.21%,13.64%,1.05%,0.12%,0.03%and 0 for nongonococcal urethritis,gonorrhea,condyloma acuminatum,herps genitalis,syphilis,chancroid,lymphogranuloma venereum and acquired immunodeficiency syndrom,respectvely.At least 44.68% of STD patients got dual,triple of quadruple superinfection at the same time.The patients with gonorrhea complicated by nongonococcal urethritis accounted for 89.26% in the superinfection cases.The provicials accounted for 80.17% among the female patients in veneral specialism but natives accounted for 67.37% of STD cases in gynecology department.About 52.17% of the STD cases found in gynecology department had not known or been unconscious of that they had suffered from STD.It was these patients that the main role on the result of a sex ratio of 1∶1.22.更多还原
