【摘要】 本文研究了侵染小菜蛾的球孢白僵菌kcs 1菌株大量培养的几个重要因素。结果表明 ,液体扩大培养的最适碳、氮源分别为玉米粉和蛋白胨 ;适于固相产孢的基质组合为锯末加玉米粉及麦麸 ,或稻壳加麦麸 ,基质的含水量以 60 %为宜 ,30℃培养可得到最高产孢量 ,达到 4 3.8× 10 8spores/ g。

【Abstract】 The vital factors of mass production of Beauveria bassiana kcs 1 isolate which was high virulent to Plutella xylostella were studied. The results showed that corn flour and peptone were most suitable for liquid fermentation among 5 carbon and 5 nitrogen resource. For sporulating in solid phase, superior combnation of the carrier and nutrient as medium was saw dust added corn flour and wheat bran or rice shell added wheat bran. The appropriate moisture of the medium after inoculating was 60%. The fungus grew fast and the highest yield of the sporulation would get to 43.8×10 8 spores per gram dried culture at 30 ℃ incubation.
