【Abstract】 A pair of primers were designed and synthesized based on the nucleotide sequence of coat protein gene of GLRaV 3 from America. The expected size of CP gene of GLRaV 3 was amplified by IC (Immuno capture) RT PCR method. The CP gene of GLRaV 3 was cloned into pGEM 3zf(+) vector and sequenced. The nucleotide sequence was compared with American isolate. Result showed that their homology was 94.1%.更多还原
