【Abstract】 In order to fulfill the demands of reducing the seismic disaster in urban area, the research of standard and code about structure is very important. A brief introduction of the seismic design theory base on performance is made in this paper, the match of the relevant contents of 《 Code for Seismic Design of Building》 and the tentative draft of Sept. 1998 is described, and the mode of seismic design for the 21st century is previewed.更多还原
