PrFe10.5V1.5氮化物晶体和磁结构的中子衍射研究
Structural Studies on PrFe10.5V1.5 and PrFe10.5V1.5 Nx by Neutron Diffraction
【摘要】 用中子粉末衍射测量了 1∶12型稀土 铁金属间化合物Pr(Fe ,V) 12 及其氮化物Pr(Fe ,V) 12 Nx的晶体和磁结构。通过对衍射曲线的Rietveld峰形拟合 ,得出V择优占据ThMn12 型四角结构的 8i晶位和N原子进入 2b间隙晶位等结果 ,并讨论了氮化对磁性能的影响。
【Abstract】 The crystal and magnetic structures of intermetallic compound PrFe 10.5 V 1.5 and its nitride PrFe 10.5 V 1.5 N x are studied by powder neutron diffraction. Data analysis by means of Rietveld’s profile refinement suggest that in the ThMn 12 type tetragonal structure, V atoms occupy 8i site and N atoms enter the interstitial 2b site. A brief discussion of the effect of nitrogenation on the magnetic properties is given.
