利用RAPD技术检测精神病患者基因组DNA
DETECTING GENOME DNA OF MENTAL PATIENTS BY RAPD
【摘要】 利用随机扩增多态性 DNA ( RAPD)技术检测了 1 6例精神分裂症、1 6例情感性精神障碍患者的基因组 DNA.结果表明 :引物 OPAY17在扩增基因组中 ,情感性精神障碍 4条带 ( 51 5.5,60 6.8,94 7.2和1 82 7bp) ,精神分裂症 3条带 ( 51 5.5,60 6.8和 94 7.2 bp) ,而正常人仅扩增出 1条 4 2 6.7bp的条带 .51 5.5bp的条带有可能是精神分裂症和情感性精神障碍的特异性标记 ,1 82 7bp的条带有可能是情感性精神障碍的特异性标记 .
【Abstract】 Genome DNA of thirty\|two meatal patients were detected by random amplified polymorphic DNA(PAPD). The results showed that the specific bands were amplified from genome of affective and schizophrenia patients. Genome DNA of affective psychosis patients had been amplified four bands (515 5, 606 8, 947 2 and 1 827 bp), and schizophrenia patients had three bands (515 5, 606 8 and 947 2 bp). In contrast, genome DNA of normal persons had only been amplified one band 426 7 bp by repetitive detection. The establised RAPD procedure was reproducible and stable, All these results showed that it would be feasible to diagnose mental patients by RAPD.
