【摘要】 在整个高等教育扩招热潮中 ,高等职业教育却遭到“冷落” ,其深层原因就在于 ,教育观念尚未转变、尚未真正做到地方化以及多样化的人才培养体制尚未完善。而高等职业教育要解决热中有冷的问题 ,必须借鉴国外发展职业教育的经验 ,改变“以自我为中心”的传统观念 ,树立以社会为中心的“地方中心论”的新观念 ,走与地方产业相结合的产学合作的发展道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing number of enrolled students in higher education, the higher vocational education does not keep the pace. The stagnation with higher vocational education might be due to the fact that the teaching ideaology in higher vocational edcuation has not duely renovated. The curricula in higher vocational education can not effectively meet the demand of the local econimic development. To develop the higher vocational education, the institutions of higher vocational education must turn from self oriented" to society oriented" so that the teaching in higher voacational education can keep in line with the need of local production.更多还原
