【Abstract】 One of the objectives in merging of institutions of higher education is to construct broader, deeper and more influential campus culture by incorporating the formally dissociated campus culture. The merge will surely help to reach this objective. But in the process of merge, we also have to take care of the relationship between the campus culture and social culture and the relationship between the inheritance and development.
