神经型地克病中枢神经系统和内分泌腺的形态改变

【摘要】 目的 :研究地克病中枢神经系统和内分泌腺等器官的形态改变。方法 :解剖和观测了三例神经型地克病尸体的中枢神经系统和内分泌腺等形态的改变。结果 :地克病脑的重量减轻 ,脑回变小 ,皮质变薄 ,灰质比正常人减轻 ,海马质软 ;神经细胞、内分泌腺、骨骼系统都有不同程度的形态改变。结论 :地克病脑各部形态学变化 ,特别是边缘系统的形态改变 ,可能是脑发育和代谢障碍所致 ;为解释地克病神经运动障碍、骨骼系统发育不良提供了形态学依据

【Abstract】 Objective To study the morphologic changes of central nervous system and endocrine glands in nervous endemic cretinism.Methods The morphologic changes of central nervous system and endocrine glands in nervous endemic cretinism in 3 autopsy were macro-and microscopically anatomized.Results The lightened encephalon,narrowed gyrus,and thinned cortex,softened hippocampal were observed;Nerve cell,endocrine glands,skeleton system had morphologic changes in different extent.Conclusion The results were shown that the morphologic changes of some parts of encephalon,especially the change of limibic system,resulted from developmental and metabolic disturbance of the encephalon,which provide anatomical evidence to explain nerve dyscinesia and maldevelopment of skeleton system in the patients with nervous endemic cretinism.
